I found the location ideal, near the river and a short walk to charles bridge. the hotel is in a quiet square, despite its proximity to major attractions. a lovely park with peacocks is right next door. I even saw baby peacocks . the breakfast was awesome.
My room lacked a kettle for making tea and coffee. the spa facilities, specifically the hot tub and sauna, seemed overpriced. i felt the reception team could have been more cute and friendly. They weren't particularly approachable.

The location was indeed very central.
I found the room rather stuffy. The air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled. The lack of complimentary water in the room felt a bit cheap, especially considering the hotel's supposed star rating.

The location was excellent for tourist activities. It was close to the trams and metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast was hearty with a good variety.
The rooms were dusty even inside the wardrobe. My allergies flared up after the first night. The bed mattress was soft and uncomfortable, I kept waking up all night. Also there was no free tea or coffee making facility in the room.

the location was excellent it was very close to charles bridge breakfast had a great variety i saw cereals pastries bread fruit and vegetable included in my rate the coffee machine was a plus
there was no free tea or coffee making facility in the room i learned the hot tub and sauna were overpriced i was hoping for a friendlier reception team but they were not particularly cute
